For orders below ₹499, a small delivery fee may apply.

We only offer replacement or refund in specific cases mentioned below.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
You receive the wrong item.
The item is missing from the package.
In all cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and share clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used décor products

Share your order number, proof images/video, and issue details.
Our team will verify and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund (in case the product is out of stock).
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of approved replacement, Florensa will arrange the pickup or share a return address.
The customer must ensure the product is unused and packed safely for return transit.
We do not issue refunds or replacements if:
The product is disliked due to personal preference.
The customer provides an incomplete or wrong address.
Delivery was missed because the customer was unavailable.
The issue was reported after 48 hours of delivery.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing (usually within a few hours).
However, if you wish to cancel immediately after placing, contact us as soon as possible.
